At SDIT Solutions, we strive to provide top-notch services and ensure client satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may arise where clients need to cancel their projects or request refunds. Therefore, we have established the following policies to address such situations:
Cancellation Policy:
Project Cancellation by the Client:
- Clients may request to cancel their project at any stage by providing a written notice to SDIT SOLUTIONS via email or through our official communication channels.
- If a project is canceled before any work has commenced, a full refund will be issued to the client within [7] business days from the date of cancellation, minus any transaction fees incurred.
- If a project is canceled after work has begun, the refund amount will be determined based on the work completed up to the cancellation date. Any applicable refund will be issued within [7] business days from the date of cancellation.
Project Cancellation by SDIT SOLUTIONS:
- SDIT SOLUTIONS reserves the right to cancel a project at any stage due to unforeseen circumstances such as technical limitations, project feasibility issues, or breach of terms by the client.
- In the event of project cancellation initiated by SDIT SOLUTIONS, a full refund will be issued to the client within [5] business days from the date of cancellation.
Refund Policy:
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are applicable only if the project is canceled in accordance with the terms outlined in our cancellation policy.
- No refunds will be provided for completed projects or services that have been delivered to and approved by the client.
Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
- Any transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exceptions:
- This policy does not cover refunds for domain registration fees, third-party service charges, or any other expenses incurred by SDIT SOLUTIONS on behalf of the client.
Amendment of Policy:
- SDIT SOLUTIONS reserves the right to amend or update this cancellation and refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or informing the client directly.
