Clients may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice. However, payment is due for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
For active projects, we require a minimum 14-day notice for cancellation. This allows us to properly wrap up current tasks and prepare final deliverables.
All work completed before the cancellation date will be billed at the agreed hourly rate or fixed project price, whichever applies to your contract.
Project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Deposits cover initial planning, resource allocation, and discovery phases.
AI automation services that have been deployed and are operational cannot be cancelled for a refund. Subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days notice for monthly plans.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime with effect from the next billing cycle. Annual subscriptions require 30 days notice for cancellation.
Upon cancellation and full payment, all deliverables and intellectual property created specifically for the client will be transferred as per the contract terms.
After cancellation, clients retain access to their data and deliverables for 30 days. After this period, data may be archived or deleted as per our data retention policy.
