Fees for initial consultations and project discovery phases are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
For ongoing development projects, partial refunds may be available based on work completed up to the cancellation date. A detailed breakdown of completed work will be provided.
Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period. Annual subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
AI automation services that have been implemented and are operational are non-refundable. Custom AI model training costs are non-refundable once work has begun.

Approved refunds are processed within 10-15 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
