Project Cancellation

We hope you never need to cancel, but if you do, we're here to make the process smooth and fair.

Cancellation Guidelines by Project Stage:

How to Cancel Your Project:

  1. Step 1: Send Written Notice

    Email admin@sditsolutions.com with your project name and cancellation request.

  2. Step 2: Project Assessment

    We'll assess the completed work and calculate any applicable fees.

  3. Step 3: Final Deliverables

    You'll receive all completed work up to the cancellation date.

  4. Step 4: Refund Processing

    Any applicable refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.

What Happens to Your Assets:

  • Code Repository: Full access until cancellation
  • Design Files: Delivered upon request
  • Hosting Accounts: Transferred to you
  • Cloud Services: Credentials provided
  • Documentation: Included with deliverables

Monthly Retainer Cancellation:

For monthly retainer clients (ongoing services):

  • 30 days written notice required
  • Billing stops after notice period
  • Ongoing projects completed during notice
  • Access maintained until end of billing cycle

Subscription Services:

Annual Plans 60 days 50% remaining

Cancellation Reasons (Optional Feedback):

  • Budget constraints
  • Changed business priorities
  • Found another provider
  • Project scope changed
  • Other reasons

Force Majeure:

In case of extraordinary circumstances beyond anyone's control (natural disasters, war, pandemic, etc.):

  • Project may be paused, not cancelled
  • No cancellation fees during force majeure
  • Extensions granted automatically
