Non-Refundable Items:

• Refunds not available after work has started
• Already delivered code and resources
• Third-party costs (domains, hosting, licenses)
• Used paid advertising account credits
• Completed work milestones

Refund Process:

1. Step 1: Request Submission

   Email us at admin@sditsolutions.com with your project details and reason for refund.

2. Step 2: Review & Assessment

   Our team will review your request within 3 business days.

3. Step 3: Approval & Processing

   Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

4. Step 4: Refund Delivery

   Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

Refund Methods:

• Original payment method (credit/debit card)
• Bank transfer (for wire transfers)
• Credit note for future services

Special Circumstances:

We understand sometimes circumstances change. In special cases we may offer:

• Service credits for future projects
• Project pause until situation resolves
• Transfer services to someone else

International Refunds:

For international clients (USA, UK, Europe, Australia, etc.):

• Currency conversion may apply
• International wire fees may be deducted
• Processing time: 7-14 business days
