• SEO Services
• Consulting and Strategy

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain account security
• Not misuse our services
• Comply with applicable laws
• Respect intellectual property

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Rights:

• All website content is our property
• Our methodologies and processes
• Pre-existing tools and frameworks

Client Rights:

• Full ownership of delivered project code
• Full ownership of custom designs
• Documentation and assets
• Transfer rights upon full payment

5. Payment Terms

Standard Terms:

• 50% upfront to start project
• 50% upon completion
• Net 15 for invoices
• 1.5% late fee per month

Currency & Taxes:

• USD default, INR available
• Tax rates vary by location
• GST/NAT applicable

7. Confidentiality

We take confidentiality seriously:

• Team NDAs signed
• Private repositories

8. Warranty & Liability

Warranty:

• 30-day bug fixes post-launch
• Code works as specified
• No major functional issues

Not Covered:

• Third-party service failures
• Client modifications
• Force majeure events
• Future compatibility

Liability Cap:

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SDIT Solutions from:

• Your breach of these terms
• Your illegal content
• Third-party claims from your materials

10. Termination

Termination by Client:

• Written notice required
• Pay for completed work
• Transfer deliverables

Termination by Us:

• Non-payment after notice
• Illegal activities
• Material breach

11. Dispute Resolution
